Andy Lai - CEO, Founder Andy founded OTTO Solutions Pte Ltd in 1992 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Andy sets clear direction focusing on quality, customers, people, products &innovation;He has built a team of high performance professional with strong commitment to “Quality in Everything We Do.” Andy is also actively engaged with many stakeholders as part of Otto’s commitment in managing commercial, industrial and residential projectsthrough delivering eco-building solutions. Andyhas a passion for creating, managingand growing companies from its startup phase and he has spearheaded Otto’s international expansion.

Orlando Tan - Chief Operating Officer Orlando has 20 years of experience in the information and communications technology industry with a solid track record in sales management, channel development and new business strategy. Orlando has instrumental in defining business strategy to drive strong growth successfully for various international organizations in Asia. Orlando holds a MBA in Banking and Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, Master in Advanced Business Practice from University of South Australia, Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Electrical Engineering (EEE) from University of Surrey UK and Diploma in EEE from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Jill Lee - Finance Director Jill is a veteran finance and administration executive and has been with Otto for 20 years.Jill serves as Finance Director since inception and she is responsible for the company’sfinance, budgeting, forecasting policies and procedures. With a strong accountingbackground and a knack for details, she oversees Otto’s accounting staffs within accountsreceivable, accounts payable, and general ledger areas and also, head up HR and Admindepartment. Like aguardian, she watches over the company’s financial health and thewelfare of the staff.

Kolo Tay - Senior Operations Manager Kolo brings more than 30 years of extensive experience and technical knowledge in theAlterations & Additions industry to the Otto. Kolo has been with Otto since inception,currently he heads the operation team working on challenging operational issues, projecttimelines, costing and quality objectives, as well as site planning. His passion for electrical works coupled with insatiable desire to learn led him to manage some of today’s most complex projects successfully.

Eddie Tng - Business Development Manager Eddie has been with the OTTO since 2004, holding key senior positions in sales, new business and market development. He has been instrumental in driving group’srevenue, helping to establish a stronghold within Electrical markets by securing some of thelargest contracts in the company’s history. Eddie was responsible for setting up the customer management operations and grows sales for new M&E solutions. Prior to joining the group,Eddie held several senior sales management roles in both channel and direct sales in theindustry.

Shige Hasegawa - Chief Designer Shige is a designer, artist and cultural entrepreneur specializing in the field of experiential design. He works across the fields of interior design, furniture design & lighting design. He is responsible for product development, product design, and product category management the company. His works have been featured in numerous trade shows including Maison & Object in Paris, IHDD 100% Shanghai, Ambiente in Frankfurt & Milano Salone in Italy. Shige was a finalist in 2005 for IFDA International Furniture Design Fair in Asahikawa and in 2006 for Design Wave Toyama in recognition of outstanding contribution to product industrial design. Shige is a graduate of the Washington State University in USA major in Interior Design.
